"Rigani" and "Alesfakia" some herbs of Argos.....

Kalymnos is mainly mountainous with complicated topography. The island is mainly barren, (except for the two fertile valleys of Vathi and Pothia, where olives, oranges and vines are grown). This rather dry land has given us unique herbs, such as “alesfakia” (type of sage with woody stems, which is native to the Mediterranean region). But enough with faunapedia. After all that was just an introduction followed by the “main dish”: a… picnic in our school’s courtyard! Lemon-herb chicken with roasted potatoes! Sounds yummy!!! Who is hungry?
