Snufkin goes concert
Kytöpuiston koulu attanded a multicultural consert where three African musicians played, sang and danced together with our pupils.
Snufkin meets bisons
In October 12th-16th Snufkin travelled to Poland, Bialystok to meet all Comenius partners. He travelled with Noora, Tiina, Tiina, Pirjo and Saara with Finnair From Helsinki and met Madeleine, Frances and Kay at Warsov trainstation. First night we went for a dinner in Bialystok with Anna and Englishteacher from their school.
Next morning we met the Greek-group Pavlos, Themis,Polixeni and Calliopi and three girls from their school and left by bus to the partnerschool. Atschool we followed the lessions and had a lovely lunch prepared by teachers. In the afternoon we had a tourguide to tour us around the Bialystok followed by delicious dinner in Hungarian rastaurant with the headteacher of the school.
Friday we attanded a party in the school where they received the flag. In the evening we had a dinner at our hotel Branicki. Saturday we spent in a nature. We met bisons, horses, wildboars and moose and wolves. We also visited natural-museum, which was very interesting and educational and had some typical Polish lunch in the village near-by.
Our trip was extremely interesting and wonderful. We met new people and learned many things of Poland to take home with us and share with our collegues and pupils. Thank you Poland!
